About the event
Cura Flow is an experience where music, rhythm, voice and movement come together to create connection — with yourself, with your body and with the people around you.
For two hours, we leave everyday life behind and enter a space where you can move, sing, drum, play, express yourself and simply be present.
There is no choreography to learn and no musical experience needed.
You don't have to be a singer.
You don't have to be a dancer.
You don't have to know how to play a drum.
