About Me

Hello I'm Elise Alma, a holistic bodyworker providing massages, sound healing and shibari sessions and nature therapy.
My love language has always been touch and I started early on to intuitively give massages to my beloved. Witnessing the releasing effect of my practice I decided to deepen it and went to study ayurveda and tantra in India and Sri Lanka.
In Nepal I discovered sound healing and fell in love with this technique of deep relaxation that uses harmonics to retune our nervous system.
Two years ago I got initiated to Shibari and I started using ropes to meditate. It was for me a transformative healing experience.
I feel blessed that I can today initiate others to this art.
More than a relaxing moment, my approach allows to release emotional blockages stored in the body, starting a healing process that restores life energy.
I am dedicated to helping individuals achieve balance and harmony in their lives to live to their full potential.

Shibari, tantric massage & sound healing

Ayurvedic massage

My goal during an Ayurvedic massage is to create a environment that promotes healing and relaxation. I start by establishing your dosha and understanding which chakra or energetic center need to be treated and what is your unique needs. Using warm herbal oils, I apply rhythmic strokes that help to release tension and restore within the body. Throughout the session, I focus on creating a nurturing experience, ensuring that you leave feeling rejuvenated and harmonized.
