Our Project
Little Beats is a rhythm-based practice for young children and their families that uses simple musical play to support presence, emotional regulation, and connection. Through voice, movement, repetition, and shared play, children explore rhythm as a way to feel their bodies, relate to others, and engage with the moment.
There is no performance and no right or wrong — only participation. Parents are not observers, but part of the rhythm, strengthening connection through shared experience rather than instruction.
